Routing Wires and Securing The Right Arm

Parts Required

  1. 1 2x8mm Truss Screw
  2. 1x 3D Printed Right Arm
  3. 1x 3D Printed Arm C-Clip

STEPS

  1. Start by securing the right arm to the bottom hole on the right side of the quick attach plate using 1 2x8mm Truss Screw.

  1. Take the wire from the quick attach plate servo and While keeping enough wire so that the right arm can pivot and not pull on the wire route it up into the provided cutout. Follow the cutout all the way to the end of the arm, through the slot to the outside and then back through what acts as the pivot point of the right arm.
  2. If installing the claw take the wires from the claw servo and route them into the provided slot on the right arm and follow the same path as in the previous step. Make sure that while the bucket is fully tilted down there's enough extra Wire to not cause any binding on the claw and restrict its movement.
  3. Pass both JST connectors/Servo ends through the right arm hole followed by the right arm itself.
  4. Lock the arm into place using the arm c-clip.
